Privacy Policy
Working text. This page states how Puna handles personal information today. It does not invent a second operating company. Counsel reviews before launch; we omit rather than guess.
Who we are
Puna is operated by Zelandez Limited ("Puna", "we", "us"). This is the legal entity for puna.earth. It is not Puna US, Inc.

What this covers
This policy covers personal information processed when you use the Services named in the Terms: puna.earth (including the free public tools), app.puna.earth, Puna's API, webhooks and MCP server, and the Weekly Brief and other content Puna delivers.
It should be read together with the Terms (section 15).
What we collect
We process personal information needed to provide, secure and improve the Services. That includes:
- Account and contact details you give us (name, work email, organisation).
- Usage information of the kind described in the Terms (clause 4.5) — how the Services are used, so we can operate and secure them.
- Messages you send to hello@puna.earth or through a contact form.
We do not invent a fuller inventory here. If a category is not listed, we have not claimed it.
Your files and the Vault
Your deposit, your drilling, your data. Always current and private, until you approve capital.
Public is one-way. A private file is yours alone, until you push it public. Once it is public it cannot be made private again.
Puna treats Vault User Content as your confidential information: we do not disclose it to any third party other than subprocessors bound by obligations at least as protective, and we do not make it, or any insight identifiably derived from it, available to any other customer. AI Interpretations generated from your Vault content are part of your Subscriber Services and are not shared with other customers.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide the Services, keep them secure, send service and administrative messages (including the Weekly Brief where you have that feature), and improve how the product works.
Puna does not sell user data. Puna does not cross-pollinate user contexts. Entitlement is a trust promise: a private file stays private until you push it public.
Sharing
We share personal information with subprocessors only where needed to run the Services, under obligations at least as protective as this policy. We do not publish a guessed subprocessor list on this page. Ask hello@puna.earth for the current list.
We may disclose information where required by law or court order, giving you prior notice where lawfully permitted.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, meet the Terms (including the Vault export window on termination), and meet legal duties. We do not state a guessed day-count here.
Your requests
To access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to ask a question about this policy, email hello@puna.earth. We will say what we can do from the records we actually hold.
